He has maturated a specific competence in the area of Insolvency, Tax Law, Real Estate, Sports Law and Corporate Law with particular reference to the world of innovative startup and SMEs, as well as immigration law and citizenship by naturalization. He advises both national and international companies.
He spent several years in top Italian and US international law firms.
Graduated, first, in Law&Economics (2006) and, then, in Law (2008), at UNICAL, in 2010 he obtained the title of specialist for the legal profession, with forensic specialization, at the LUMSA University in Rome.
He is a lecturer of the Master in Tax Law, “Luigi Einaudi”, at the “La Sapienza” University of Rome and collaborates with the Chair of Tax Law (Prof. P. Boria) of the same University.
Emanuele was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011 and since 2019 is a member of the Committee of Real Estate Enforcement and Tax Law for the Italian Bar of Rome.
He attended seminars as speaker and contributed several articles on his specialist fields to business newspapers and magazines.
He is fluent in Italian and English.
