Arkios Legal with Hoverfly for the purchase of the innovative AW109 Trekker Leonardo SpA’s helicopter

Arkios Legal advised Hoverfly, a leading company in the private helicopter transport, owned by the food industry businessman Saturnino De Cecco, in the negotiation with Leonardo S.p.A. for the purchase of a new technological jewel, the twin-engine AW109 Trekker helicopter, the first delivered in Italy.

Hoverfly has been operating in the helicopter sector for over 10 years providing an exclusive and qualified passenger transport service guaranteed by the use of a varied fleet of helicopters and by careful maintenance and airworthiness management.

AW109 Trekker is the latest helicopter produced by Leonardo which join the Hoverfly fleet as the first delivered in Italy. The transaction also consolidates the business relationship between Hoverfly and Leonardo in view of the expansion of the Hoverfly’s fleet and its maintenance services.
